Overall experience has been okay. Most staff is super helpful - a lot of travelers. Usually at least 1 tech for 22 bed unit. Neuro unit is very heavy with patient types. Managers are good with working with your schedule. Ratios 1:5-6 on nights. No charge RN. Has a supervisor or MET nurse to ask questions if needed.
