Surgical ICU: Location is just outside of Milwaukee so that was fun. This hospital has a lot of resources, sometimes hard to come by on nights. These patients can be pretty sick. Team rounds on nights but it's common for them to push things off until days. Lots of neuro overflow. Most staff is kind, some feel unapproachable. It was a fine contract if you can be comfortable in any environment.
